Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all design services, digital products, and custom projects provided by Thuur Kurvers (“I,” “us,” or “our”) to any client (“you”). By purchasing a service or product, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & Deliverables

2.1 Custom Design Services

  • All custom design projects (logos, branding, marketing materials) include a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra costs.
  • Deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, etc.).
  • Once the final files are delivered, minor edits may be requested within 2 days, after which any changes will be billed separately.

2.2 Digital Products & Pre-Made Designs

  • All pre-made logos, branding kits, and design assets are sold as-is and will not be resold to another customer once purchased.
  • Minor customizations (color changes, font modifications, etc.) may be offered for an additional fee.
  • Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Payment Terms

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins on custom design projects, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
  • Payments must be made via [your accepted payment methods].

3.2 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the time invested in custom design work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a percentage of the total cost will be charged based on the work completed.
  • No refunds are provided for digital products, as they are instantly accessible upon purchase.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

4.1 Custom Designs

  • Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final design for your own business use. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • You may not resell, alter, or distribute the design to third parties without explicit permission.

4.2 Digital Products & Pre-Made Designs

  • Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal or business use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the design.

 

5. Project Timelines & Communication

  • Estimated project timelines will be provided at the start. Any delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or additional requests may extend the completion date.

  • If a client fails to respond for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold, and additional fees may apply for resuming work.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for any printing errors, misrepresentations, or alterations made after the final files are delivered.
  • It is your responsibility to double-check all designs before use.
  • We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, conversions, or sales resulting from the designs.

7. Amendments & Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
